I just wanted to send you a personal "thank you" for the wonderful job your staff did
for us. As you know, I was a little skeptical of having sixty plus people for dinner at our home. Picking the
menu was the easy part - but making sure everything was taken care of was rather scary for me (I'm a control freak)!
From the time the tables and linens were delivered around mid-day, until James and Jason finished cleaning up that
night (around 9:00), everything went so smoothly. The guys worked as a team together and thoroughly made this a
wonderful experience not only for me, but for all of our guests. They were more than accommodating in every detail,
and I just had to let you know how happy we were with everything! The food was delicious (especially the bruschetta
- everyone wants the recipe)! Every detail was handled in a very professional manner.
I will definitely be calling you in the future to cater for us, and if possible, I will want to have the same guys.
I can't say enough good things about them - you are lucky to have them on your staff.
Thanks again for making a special event even more special.
